The criminal sessions opened this moming j Judge Ridmond congratulated the Grand Jury upon the lightness of the calendar, which did not contain any seriou.i cases being nearly all larceny. A true bill was found against McCarry for larceny. LATER. True bills were also found against Joh v Pomeroy, alias Collins, Geo. Ewart Charge Francis Alexander McMinn,Richard O'Donnell and Nellie Hurley for larceny; Henry Fuller for receiving stolen property, and James Madden, an absconding bankrupt. Richard McCarry was sentenced to two years for larceny. No bill was found in the case of John Keefe, charged with larceny.
