Inglis tendered, and the latter, offer was accepted. Tenders for printing (4) were referred to the Secretary, the Chairman to accept lowest tender.-Captain Mckenzie moved, in accordance with notice ot motion: " That the application of Mr George Fraser for an inquiry into certain circumstances connected with the opening of Calliope Dock, contained in his letters dated -Ist May and 14th June, be granted. —J.he motion was lost.
