|'THEIR PLAN OF OPERATIONS.
Ms G. Holdship, bhe represenbabive in Auckland of bhe Kauri Timber Co., is ab presenb busily engaged in completing the purchases of various timber properties, and Wing stocks taken preparatory to handing iem over to bhe new Company. In. consequence of this it has been found necessary in some cases to suspend operations for a time. Arrangements for re-organising and concentrating are being made so that as soon as bhe Company enter into possession, everything will be in complete working form, arid all orders entrusted to them mil he executed promptly and satisfactorily. Ab presen b orders are execubed, and the general business of bhe various concerns is earned on as usual, bub sololy under bhe direction of Mr Holdship. _ Very few changes are being made in the employees further than bhose necessary for concenbrabion and economy. The' prospecbus of the Company is being prepared in Melbourne, and will shortly be issued, the anxiety for shares being very manifest. The desire of bhe promoters is, however, to give the fullest opportunity to the people of New Zealand to obtain such inbarests as they may desire in order bo allay any feeling bhab might exist by a monopoly of foreign capitalists.
