Publio attention is specially directed to tbe Butter, the result of the Company's operations in connection with their new Creamery system, which was offered to tho trade in Auckland for the fir time on Friday last. FREEZING " This Butter is produced from separated cream, which is received daily from the Company's creameriesat Pukekohe, Tuakau, Ngaruawahia, , Hamilton, and Pateiangi, and is manufactured on the Danish principle in the Company's Central Dairy, which has been fitted up with the most modern and improved appliances, and is under the superintendence of an experienced Dane. Householders are confidently recommended to give this speciality a trial by ordering t from tho Grocer or Dairyman. ' •_ ■'..'
