CARDINAL MORAN ON THE CHINESE QUESTION.

Cardinal Moran in an interview said the colonies were acting in an arbitrary and unchristian spirit .in prohibiting Chinese. He formerly held a different opinion, but after consideration had altered his opinion. A great deal of the agitation Avas fictitious, got x up by loafers and others.
