JJ" 0 T I C E. I, HENRY CLINTON SALKELD BADDELEY, Sheriff of the District of Auckland. New Zealand, hereby give notice that, under a Writ of Sale duly issued out of the Supremo Court of New Zealand.Northern District, wherein Arthur Cohen is plaintiff and Hannah Richards is defendant, I have taken in execution all the estate, right, or interest of the above-named defendant in all that piece or parcel of land in New Zealand, being Lot 10 of subdivision into lots of Allotments Nos. 8 and 10, Section 95, of the Suburbs of Auckland. Also, all that piece or parcol of Land, situated in the Borough of Parnell, in the Parish of Waitemata, and County of Eden, and being Lots 3 and 16 of a subdivision of Allotment 65, Section 1, suburbs of Auckland. Also, ail that piece or parcel of Land in New Zealand aforesaid, being Lots 14 and 15 of a subdivision of Allotments 8 and 10 of Section 5 of the suburbs of Auckland. Also, all that piece or parcel of Land in New Zealand aforesaid, being Lot No. 5 of subdivision of Allotments 8 and 10 of Section 95, suburbs of Auckland. And also, all that piece or parcel of Land in New Zealand aforesaid, being Allotments 106 and 108 of Section 1, suburbs of Auckland. j j With all the rights and appurtenances thereto belonging, I shall cause the said estate, right, Or interest to be sold by public auction on WEDNESDAY, the 30th May, 1888, at noon, at the saleroom of Messrs Cochrane and Son, Queenstreet, unless amount of Writ of Sale, with all expenses, be paid on or before that date.
