ENGLAND'S WARLIKE INTENTIONS.
St. Petersburg, May 11. The " Novosti" states that England's warlike intentions are evidently intended to enable her to take part in a struggle should it arise, and are evidence that she continues to pursue manifestly an aggressive policy.
