The Carcases and Joints are subjected to a process of chilling, by which the best quality and condition is obtained for the meat, rendering it exceptionally wholesome, and by which the firm appearance and juioy properties are fully retained. Public attention is specially directed to the Butter, the result of the Company's operations in connection with their new Creamery system. «*leh was offered to the trade in Auckland for the first time on Friday last. FREEZING This Butter is produced from separated cream, which is received daily from the Company's creameriesat Pukekohe, Tuakau, Ngaruawahia, Hamilton, and Paterangi, and is manufactured on the Danish principle in the Company's Central Dairy, which has been fitted up with the most modern and improved appliances, and is under the superintendence of an experienced Dane. Householders are confidently recommended to give this speciality a trial by ordering t from the Grocer or Dairyman. COMPANY'S NOTE that each half-pound pat of the Company's Butter bears the " Shell brand, with the words " Freezing Company" printed round the margin ; and after the above date none but the Company's own make will bear this brand.
