LORD LOFTUS AND NEW SOUTH WALES.

The " Daily Telegraph," commenting upon the allegations made by Lord Loftus, late Governor of this colony, in his bankruptcy examination, says the noble bankrupt has slandered the colony, and that Parliament ought to deal with the matter. During his Governorship he was handsomely remunerated, and if he did not save money it must have been because he was loaded with European debts.
