Messrs Vailo and Douglas sold yesterday, by order of the Registrar of the Supreme Court, allotments 31 and 42, Section 8, City of Auckland, having a frontage of 66 feefa to Lincolnstreet, by a depth of 103 feet, with a krge cottago roofed with iron, for tho sum of £205. Anotner 4-roomed house and ground, situated in Bellwood, Mount; Eden, having a frontago to Marlborough-street of 50 feet by a depth of 148 feet, with a cottage thereon erected, was quitted at £50. The attendance was fair, but bidding was not brisk.
