London, November 15. The Agents of the Panama Canal Company state that a further sum of
130,000 francs will be required to complete the canal. It will be impossible to open the canal for traffic before
1892, the year in which the concession to-the Company expires; but they are sanguine that the opening will ulti" mately be accomplished successfully.
