The Union Company's s.e. Wanaka, from the south, arrived this morning. Passengers ex Ruapehu—Mr and Mrs Neville, Misses Neville, (2) Harrison, Messrs Currie, Hardy, and Hine. Coastal; Mr and Mrs Hannah, Miss Shorfc, Messrs Trevor, Worbury and 4 Steerage. :,, „ ■■:. '•..',> ::'■ ,„ .. : . The s.s. Hawea arrived from the South, at 8 o'clock yesterday morning. She left Dunedin at 3.15 p.m. on the 7th, Lyttelton at 9.10 p.m. on tho Bth, Wellington at 12.50 p.m. and Picton at 6 p.m. on the 10th Nelson ab 5 p.m. on the 11th Taranaki at 7.30 p.m. on the 12th ; crossed the Manukau Bar at 6.30 a,m. on the 13th, arriving ns above. Experienced thick weather to liybtelfcon, thence to arrival variable weather. She brings cargo including 200 cases jam, 40 bales fungus, 30 hides, 30 cases and 30 kegs butter," and the following passengers -.—Mrs Whitcombe, Miss Kingston, Messrs Scott, Rochfort, Whitcombe' Sheate, Lambe, Harrocks, Turley, Wallace, Brooktield, and 4 steerage.
