Central and South America, British and Foreign West Indies, at 5 p.m. For United Kingdom and Continent of Europe, at 5 p.m. Money orders, Registered letters, and newspapers, at 3.30 p.m. Lato letters, bearing an extra fee of 6d in addition to the postage, will bo received by tho mail agent on board the steamer up to tnc time of sailing. This mail will be due at London December 12. Parcels will be received for despatch half an hour previous to the time for closing mails. N.B. Wednesday, 9th November (Prince of Wales's Birthday), being a Postal holiday, tho mai s that are usually made up on that day will lie closed the previous evening at 7 o'clock. A delivery of letters will take place at delivery counter from 7 till 8 p.m. on the Bth. S. B. BISS, Chief Postmaster.
