O'BRIEN'S VIOLENT SPEECH.

London, September 26. Bands of moonlighters are reported to have been organised in County Clare, and boycotting is said to have been resorted to.
Mr "William O'Brien, in the course of his speech at the Nationalist meeting, said that critical times Were coming for Ireland. He said that resistance to evictions was the plain duty of the Irish people. He denounced Mr Plunkett's "lust of murder."
