(by telegraph—own correspondent.) Wanganut, this day. Mr Hutchison has a majority of 26 for Waitotara. There are two reourns yet to come, but these are likely to increase Mr Hutchison's majority. Mr Bryce says he has lost. . ' The two polling places to come are up country, two days' journey away, and complete returns are nob expected till tomorrow. , The votes there are, however, thought to be mostly Mr Hutchinson's sup porters.
