NOTICE OF INTENTION TO RAISE A LOAN FOR WATER SUPPLY FOR SPECIAL DISTRICT, under "Local Bodies Loans Act, 1886." Sub-iection 1. — To provide a, "Water Supply for the Special District. Sub-section 2.—The sum proposed to be borrowed, is £7,500, cost of raising loan or interest for one year during construction not to be paid out of Loan. Sub-section 6.—A Special Annual Recurring Rate of Three-eighths of a Penny in the Pound on the rateable value of the property in the special district to be supplied with water. 3. STIOKLEY, Clerk. August 8,1887. - It/TOUNT EDEN ROAD DISTRICT. In the matter of the Road BoaTds Act, 1882, and the defining a Special District for the purposes of a Water Supply. Whereas it appears to the Board that a Water Supply will especially benefit a certain large portion of the Dist ict. it has, under the powers conferred in Section 120 of Road Boards Act, 1882, and in accordance with resolution passed at a public meeting ot Ratepayers held January 17, 1887, determined to define such Special District, and herebynotifles thata resolution to make a special order defining such District will be proposed at a meeting of the Board to be held four weeks from the date of first publication of this notice, said Special District to be aafollows:— • All the Mount Eden Road District within the limit of the North-east and West boundaries to a line commencing at Bouth-east corner of Lot 47, Section 6, to Mount Eden Road; thence along the dividing-line between Lot 6 and Lot 108 to angle: thence North on the dividingline of Lot 6 and Lots I(Ma, 104b to angle «t East end <jf Prospect Terrace; along that road to Mount Roskill Road, and thence to dividing line between Lot 135 (Hart's) and Bellwood, on to Western boundary at a place named Chatham-street By order of the Board. ,t * ™ r, * J- STICKLEY, Clerk.
