London, August 6.—Wheat: The mar' ket is declining, owing to the favourable prospects of' the harvest, which has now commenced. Adelaide is worth 33s 9d per 4961b landed. Tallow : Fine has 'declined 6s per cwt. since last report. For othxr sorts quotations are unchanged.
