London, August 2. The election of a member of Parliawnffor the Bridgeton Division of Glasgow, rendered vacant by the resigistion of Mr E. E. Eussell, Home Eider,took place today, and resulted in the return of Sir G. 0. Trevelyan, Wstonian, who polled 4,654 vote 3, jjainsthis opponent's(the Hon. Evelyn Ashley Conservative), 3.253.
