TO YOUKG COLONIALS. Introduction (15 minutes).—A few remarks upon the nature of the forces which underlie Democracy. 1. On Democrat!" and Representative Institutions. (This subject considered in connection with tho. dangers which have proved fatal to Democracy in the past,; with possibly, if time will permit, a few words on Toryism, liberalism, and Radicalism. 2. What is the Work of the Young Colonial in Politics ? At the close of the meeting resolutions of an important character will be submitted, providing for the formation of a political association to be called The Young New Zealand Democratic AsHOCiation, or otherwise' as the meeting may determine. All Young Colonials, lovers of outdoor sports, or work, are particularly and respectfully invited to attend.
