A small vigilance committee in each ward could eflectually secure perfect order at 'public meetings. , man,-the-worse for liquor should be -ftamitted to a public meeting he is a public nuisance. Yet., bow many political meetings have been spoilt by such persons. A well-conducted public meeting is a valuable means of disseminating information.
