LAYING THE FOUNDATION STONE.
(SPECIAL.)
London, June 30. Everything is ready for the laying of the foundation stone of the Imporial Institute on Monday. A block of colonial granite, contributed by ladies, will be laid; also Indian stones and' English' bricks. Representatives from different parts of the Empire will be, present at the opening ceremony.
