STATE EMIGRATION.
THE ENGLISH PROPOSALS,
(special.)
London, June 30th. The Committee of tho House of Commons, which was appointed to inquire into the feasibility of State-aided colonisation, have sent in a report, in which they propose that the Government should assist private colonisation schemes by guaranteeing interest on loans raised for the purpose.
