Pond ; ,and ■jjfo's exhibit of churns, cream - holdeft and*'enamel-lined butter •boxes. ♦ The particular merit of the butter boxes is the : enamel, which acts as an antiseptic and keeps the contents fresh. They! are particularly valuable for exporters. They are simple in construction, and a child may put them together. Some of the churns .shown have an eccentric motion, which tends to the more rapid production of the butter.
