By-laws. — James Mclhdoe was charged with leaving a cart • unattended without securing the wheel witli a chain. Defendant pleaded guilty, but stated that he had chained the wheel. Fined 5s and costs.— William Doonan was charged with riding a horse on the footpath of Church-street.
