(SY TELEGRAPH —TRESS ASSOCIATION.) _ Timaru, this day. Portions of tho trunk with ono arm of a male body was picked up under the wharf this morning. There is no possibility of identification, but it is generally believed that tho remains found are Birrell's, who was drowned by the capsizing of a yacht six months ago,
