FRANCO-RUSSIAN THREATS.
London, June 23.—1n connection •with the diplomatic notes from Frauce and Russia to the Turkish Government, Eussia hints that she will advance on Erzeroum or in the direction of the Euphrates Valley, and France declares that she will reserve the rights of free action in Syria and elsewhere. Constantinople, June 23.— Tho time.for the ratification of the AngloTurkish Egyptian Convention has been extended to the end of- the Mohammedon; .festival of Bairam, commencing to-morrow. ' '
