During the same period ppniet portions of the United Kingdom have been watched with a view to the-arrest of suspected persons without notice. The movements of -Patrick Casey, who is at present in ■Paris, and on whoso passport Dhuleep $ngh recently travelled to Russia, are being closely watched by special detectives. • The actions of others, who are sup- , posed' to be more dangerous conspirators than the Casey gang, are also 'jjeing attentively observed. ll '.The plotters in Paris are represented as actively preparing a terrible dynamite jubilee demonstration. ;;. Recently O'Donovan Rossa complained to the New York police of the ,«gnstant "shadowing" to which he was /subjected by Scotland Yard. He ridi•ijnlesthe fear that the more dangerous ;piotters are in New York, and says there are those elsewhere who require ."the,attention of the authorities.
