• Jn reply, Sir .lames Forgueeon stated that tho Government woro informed from St Petersburg that several porsons with bombs in their possession hud been oi rested at different points along tho route which was expected to bo takon by the Czar yesterday when proceeding to tho Cathedral of St. I'etor and St. Paul, to attend requiom Horvicoe for tbo lato Emperor.
His Majesty had ottonded tho sorvico without any attack boing mode upon him. St. Pi_ti_i.s_u.iu., March 14. Six of tho persons who woro arrested with bombs in thoir po°sossion, at dilleront points of the route which it was supposed the Czar would toko, provo to bo students.
