Alleged Franco - German Understanding.

Beiilin, March 1..—1t is announced that after an interview which he had to-day with Princo Bismarck, Baron do Losseps declared that all danger of a war between France and Gormany had passed. The most sorious complications would arieo, however, unlees the date of the evacuation of Egypt by tho British forces was fixed, and ho advised tho reinstatement of Ismail Pasha an Khodivo.
(SPECIAL OAilt.K.) M. Do Lo-sops declares that all danger of immediate war with Germany is obviated, but its only way to avoid war ovor Egypt is to recall Ismail Pasha.
