EmVAKD Ali'bkd Baldwin, aged twenty years, omployod in Sargood'a Boot factory, waa found dead on Saturday night on tho Town Belt, with a revolver in ono hand and \bulletmarUur.dertholeftjaw. Indeceased^s ' hakot a letter was discovered, from which it "beared thathe committed suicide owing td \quarrel with a relative. 110 loft his hom*i n Union-ntrcot about 740 a.m on Mondy w ith the intontion, as was thought, of K°'N. to work. He did not turn up at the WOVfhop, nor did ho return home a^ain \ 0 indications aro that ho shot himself on Monday.
