Beg to announce to their customers and the pnollc generally that they have made arrangements to churn dally (Sundays excepted) a supply of Butter, from cream extracted by the centrifugal process from the preceding day's milk. By this method cream la extracted from the new milk immediately after milking, and the butter made forthwith. The advantage of this method over the old one, of making the butter from a week's gathering of cream, is that the butter in perfectly fresh and will keep much longer in the hands of the consumer. It can be supplied either without salt or salted to the taste. Orders should be sent early, as the supply Is somewhat limited. Those of our customers deslriDg the butter made up in any Bpacial form, or in quarter-pound pats, will please address a note to the Manager, who will wait upon them and make the necessary arrangements. A large Bupply every day of Devonshire Clotted Cream, in tins or by measure Centrifugal Cream to order. Orders solicited for delivery of New Milk twice dally.
