CAMBRIA denning up for this Company produced 168oza (idwta. gold. Tho battery is now at a standstill, and crushing operations will not bo resumed until there is Builiciont quartz accumulated to justify tho mill boiug started. Up to the presont, nothing of importance has been unearthed in tho southern crosscut at No. 4 levol towards tho Trenton, although tho country traversed h;is bcon all that could bo desired for tho oxistonce of gold bearing roefe. The drive, which is in a distance of 2Hoft., is being continued, however, as tho manager is of opinion that thoro must bo roots ahead. Thoro is no chango worthy of note in the other workings, from some of which quartz containing colours of gold is boing obtained

MoANATAiui.-Stoping in now in full swing on tha Rodan reef at the tunnel level, and from tha appearances of tho quartz and the quantity of gold seen when breaking down tho BtulT, it should prove payable, Tho quality of tho reef seems to improve as tho slopes arcond.

Saxon.—Colours of gold are sometimes seen in the quartz coming to hand.

New Alburnia.—The drive on the now specimen loader, otherwise known aa Cribble's, is in about suft. Tho leader is rather pinched up in the face, but shows colours of gold. A leadingatopeisalsoin progresp, tho leader boing about 6 ineheß wide, and showing colours of gold pretty freely.

[Coromandkl, this day. Royal Oak,—The manager reports: — During the past week Mayne and party have again broken into old workings in rising above tho run of gold, but found no gold yet this week. Thoy have also driven an intermediate drive under the point whero tho cood patch was obtained,leaving a block about 15 feet ovorhoad, and found no gold yot. There has tioen no fresh discovery made on tho Little and Good section, but all parties aro in full work.

Tokatka.— The manager reports : There is no change to report from the crosscut this week. Tho ground being very tight, only five feet of driving haa been done, with no fresh leader dis covered, but the contractors are still at work. Tributera Knox and party havo obtained lOlba of picked stone this week. Tho gold return for the month has boon : Wilson and party, 13oza. lldwts. ; Knox and party, lOGozb 12dwts.

New Zealand Kapanga.—The manager ha* started tho pumps, and is now draining the mine of water." The alterations and improvements latoly effected have solidified the foundation*", and the machinery now goes along quito sweetly.
