Tho former waa charged with murder at tho Great Barrier Island, and tho girl with boinir an accessory aftor tho act. Tho prisoners wero remanded until tho 20th inbfc. „ ,
Perm made a statement to the effect that Lizzie Graham was on board the cutter at tho timo tho murder was committed, and that aho wna unaware of tho object of the trip until thoir return to tho vessel, when Sho was detained aboard against her will.
