Cullcn, claim £1 os; defendant ordered to pay cluiui within a fortnight: 7 days' in default. J. McKamara v. Jane Davis, claim £11 Is; Court adjourned the case till the 12th November. M Murchie v. C. Gollin, claim U6 12, defendant ordered to pay claim by instalments of 2s. bd. ■per week; N. 'A. Timber Co. V. John Ilouet, claim £12 10s. 9d., defendant ordered to pay tho claim forthwith, or in default fourteen ' AS INTERPLEADER CASE. P. Oliphant v. John McLennan.-Mr Mahoney, who appeared for one Clarke, pleaded that the property in question was his clients, me Court adjourned the case for a week. Ihe costs (55.) were allowed to plaintiff. SUMMONS NOT SERVED. Jambs C. Gilbekt v Lucas Jackson Martin, for rent due. Mr Cooper, for the defendant, claimed that His Honor had nojuiisdiction. the summons not having been sen td within forty-eight hours after the plaintiff took it oui. His Honor said he must rule in favour of Mr Cooper's objection.
