London, October 11.—The Bulgarian elections havo roeulted as follows : Supporters of tho Regency, 490 ; M. Zankoff, tho man who proclaimed tbe depogition of Prince Alexander, only -secured 21 followers.
Soma, October 11. —M. Neklinoff, tho Russian Consul in Sofia, in obedience to the commands of General Kaulbars, has given formal notice to the Bulgarian Government that tho elections for the great Sobraino aro illegal and valueloss. He has further protested at tho rioting which has recontly token placo, and tho treatment which hia supporters received at the hands of tho adherents of the Regency.
