Another American Vessel Seized.
Ottawa, October 2. As American .choonor, which failed to report to tho Customs at Nova Scotia, has been seized, and her ownors fined. As tho master persisted in hoisting the American Hag, tho Captain of the Canadian cruisor Torror ordered a party on board to lowor tho flag, which accordingly was done, and an armod guard placed in chargo of the schooner.
