Tb Aboha, this day. The Domain Board's adjourned meeting from Saturday was held last night, when the quostion of further retrenchment was considered. It was resolved that, the appointment of Mr Crump M engineer and general manager be suspended in consequence of the Board being over £100 in debt, and the Government refusing the £500 expected. The Chairman said ho had wired to the Under-Secrotary that no engagement n»d been made with Profeseor Cadman. TM Secretary also remarked that the telegrams received from the Government made no reference or objection to advertising within the bath buildings, only to boa«>" iegs, and showed no dissatisfaction with tne appointment of Prof. Cadman.
