One Day's Imprisonment for Manslaughter.

Christchorch, this day, The Supremo Court was occupied till late yesterday afternoon with the caso of Catherine Kelly, charged with the manslaughter of her husband, whose death was suppose- to have been accelerated by a fall caused by her pushing him fiom the door when he was drunk. The jury found her guilty, with a strong recommendation to morcy, and the judge sentenced her to ono day's imprisonment.
