IN BANKRUPTCY. (Before His Honor Mr Justice Gillies.) Bahkruptuies Closed.—Upon the motion of Mr Cave (for the Official Assignee) the bankruptcies ef Thomas Sorrell, Jackson, Wm. Laing, Malcolmson, Ellen Harding, James Breadon, Henry Dryland, and Wm. Adamson were declared closed. . Examination Fixed.—ln re William N. Clarke, tho public examination of the bankrupt was fixed to take place on the 10th met. Ordeh of Discharge.—An order of discharge from bankruptcy was granted to Neileon Gordon Lonnox, while a similar motion in re Thos. Healy was adjourned till next sitting. . ■ , Prook of Debt.—A motion to: admit proof of debt in re Mr Blechynden was ordered to dtand over until next eittinp, in order that tho other creditors should have given proper notice.
