Auckland Regatta Club.

The adjourned annual meeting was held at the Waitemata Hotol last evening. There was a fair utteodanco of subscribers, and Mr J. B. Graham occupied the chair. Somo slight alterations were made in the rules on the recommendation of a special Committee. It was considered advisable' that the Regatta Club should be registered, and the word " members '" was substituted for " subscribers," so far as persons were eligible to attend and yote at meetings of the Club. Other details were discussed and dealt with, after which the election of officers took place, and resulted as follows :-Patron, His Worship the Mayor; Vice-Patron, the Chairman of the Harbour Board ; President, Mr B. Mitchelson, M.H.R. ; Vice-Presidents, Captaius H. P. Anderson and D. H. McKenzie ; treasurer, Mr G Cozens ; secretary, Mr C. C. Dacre ; auditors, Messrs J. B. Graham aud L. Coupland ; committee, Messrs T. Henderson, T. C. Owen, H. W. Henderson, L. Dacre, C. Bailey, J. B. Morpeth, D. Miller, G.,V. Taking, F. J, Sanderson, D. Gouk, C. Rowe, M. Gallagher, and W. Stamford. Votes of thanks were passed to Mr Cnas. Rowe, the acting-secretary, and also to the presiding chairman, after which the meeting terminated,
