Having explosives on board, tho Jocolyn anchored at the powder ground, where sho was visited and passed by Dr. Lewis, Hoalth Offlcor, the paßaengers being all'well. .... , „ Captain Watt r.po-ts of the voyage as follows; Left London Novetn jer Hth with 18 Baloon passengers and Dr. Williams, 16 socond-olaßß and 22 average paßsengere. After some rough weather in Channel, landed pilot at Start Point Novjmbor 15th and proceeded with strong E. wind, increasing to a gale, for 21 hours, after whi*h light, variable winda. Passed Madeira November 22nd; got the N.F. trades in 25deg. N„ had them very light, and lost them in 7dng. N from thence, unsettled weather to tbe Line, which was orofs-d 12th December, long. 27deg. W getting tho S.E. trades n*-xt day, wbioh were light at'd variable, and loat in 23deg. S., from thence to meridian HtCane,whloh wascroßßedStb January, in 3.d-g. S.. when we had heavy B.W. and P. gales, after which had succession of light winds fron* N.S. to P.Hi to long meg. ; thence moderate westerly winas. Rounded Tasmania, February 6, wind hauling to N. *. and N., freshing to a gale on the 11th.
