On Monday last considerable commotion' was caused at Korikori Sawmills, near tho Mimukau Heads, by the extraordinary conduct of a man named Jainos Egan, who had worked at tho mill for a period of three waa known that Egan was working in the Huia or four months some twelve months ago. Doubts aro ontortainod as to tho man's sanity. Mr Betholl dreaded returning to his homo while tho man was at largo, as his life was not safo. I'risonorhas boon brought on to Auckland, and will be charged with tho ofl'enco at tho Polico Court to morrow morning.
