R, Randerson reports:—At tho saloof terated water plant, complete, &c„ on Wednesday, tho plant realised £10: portable b iler, £3 ss; ginger able, 2s 6d and 2j 9d per doz_i (pints and quarts mixed). At tho land sale today, buyers woro scarce, and tho rcsorvoa wore in no caso reached. The proporty is open for private sale.
