To this end, inspector, of licensed houses should bo appointed as provided in tho Licensing Act. Fraternal footings woro received from tbo Grand Lodge of Victoria, now in sossion. A ro.o'ltttion was adoptod rccommonding friendly societies not to moot in licenced houses, and asking-tbo Government to open tbo Savings Banks up to S p.m. on Saturdays.
