Tho Franco-Chinese Treaty of feaco.
Paris, April B.— A telegram has been received from M. Patenotre, the French Minister in China, announcing that the Chinese Government h. ye ratified the conditions of pcaco drawn up by him. M. Brisson, the new Premier, declared last night in the Chamber of Deputies that the Government would insist on the fulfilment of the Tientsin treaty, and, failing a satisfactory result to tho negotiations now in progress, the war will be vigorously prosecuted. The balance credit of 200,000,000 francs for the military expenditure in Ton quin, towards which 50,000,000 francs have already been voted, was passed by the Chamber of Deputies last night.
