Tub Autumn Meeting of the Auckland Racing Club was continued today, and finer weather could not have been wished for. Tho attendance is very large, and it is estimated there are fully 5,000 present. Thunderbolt, got lengths tho worst of the start, but he caught the leaders before a quarter of a mile had peen traversed, and eventually won easily by a clear length. Time, lmin S^sec. This race was a great boil-ovor, tho betting being 5 to 2 on Necklace. Kalo won by a length and o-half. Necklace got away fully three lengths behind tho "Old, and was unable to get nearer than fourth. Time, lmin 45Jsec_. Tho totalisator paid tho enormous dividend of £251 14a, there being only three investors on the winner

A protest was entered by Mr Lonnard against Director receiving third money in tho^ Steeplechase, on account of the horeo taking tiro double jump in front of the sttind without his rider.
