Larrikins.—Percy Freer, Charles Johnson, John and Richard Millis were charged with a breach of tho Polioe Offences Act, by creating a disturbaneo on the 26th ul*., on the Queenstreet Wharf.—Prisoners pleaded not guilty — After evidence they were found guilty and were fined 20s each, with costs 41s, or seven days' imprisonment. A Courser—Wm. Hutchins was charged witn riding furiously in Queen and High-streets on Sunday morning, while in a stato of drunkenneatI.— Evidence showed that prisoner was mad drnnk, and could not sit his horse, and having fallen in High-street, was carried to the station. —Fined £5. or two months with hard labour. Several other cases were held over, and the Court rose.
