N.B.—From and after the 15th November ult, the following rates of Postage must be prepaid on Correspondence for the United Kingdom, addressed to be sent via Brindisl :— On all Letters one shilling per half-ounce or fraction of half an ounce On all Book Packets and Parcels, threepence for every two ounces or fraction of two ounces. On oil Newspapers, twopence each. Correspondence addressed via Suez and Brindisi, and not fully prepaid, will be forwarded via San Francisco.
