COROMANDEL.

Success G.M., Company.—For the paali week, there has beea no change to report from the mine. In stoping there continues to show a little gold about the same run in each stope, but it does not make anything, although the ground'looks favourable for coming on _ patch. In a few more Bhifts I shall open but again, trusting to better results.—(Signed). P_te_R_id.

RqYAii Oak G.M. Co.—The level is now in about 98 feet on the course of the lode, and there has been little or no'change the whole dißtanoe. We broke down four feet of- the lode yesterday, and met with the usual disappointment, the quartz looking promising, but no gold in it.—(Signed) Jno. P. Hall.

Tokatea G.M. Company.—l beg to report that on Monday last a leader was made into the level from the right hand or I northern: wall, having, the same- bearings and about the underlie of the AH Nations." I believe it possible' to be the latter, or some branch from itj'as there is no other known loader on that side of No. 7 that is likely to continue down to our depth. The leader has brought in a change of countrybetter drilling and more favourable reef country, but the quarte broken out from the lode is hungry-looking, not at all promising. We wiU have it well into the drive next week, and then be better able to form some opinion of it, and what it is.—John P. Hall. . •
