' Railway Reform League. The railway reform question is assuming great importance in Waikato. Mr Vaile? lectures have been largely attended, and resolutions have been carried suggesting the organisation of a reform' league with branches all over the colony. The local branches will undertake to send Mr Vaile South on a lecturing tour. It has been evident for some time past that the railways : have been killing this district instead of developing settlement and encouraging industries.
